Ahhh, sweet little Elodie (her name is French, and suits her well), how lovely it was to photograph this precious little creature. Her parents besotted, the cat's not so sure... and me, in my element. Honestly, being able to photograph new life, and new families sometimes doesn't feel like work at all. Elodie made me work hard to begin with, but slowly eased right in to her role as model for her session. I loved her room, where we set up for the session, and loved being to be able to incorporate elements of her decorated room into her session. It made for another touch of what makes a house a home... and clearly this little girl's effect on her parents will make any house a home as long as they are all together in it.
