Susanna - and her beautiful baby bump

There's just something beautiful about pregnancy, it's such a gift. Susanna wanted to have a few photographs taken for her husband Chris for Fathers Day to celebrate the little life they're soon to meet. It's a special time to capture, not only for the parents, but for the child. What a beautiful reminder of where it all began.
I can't wait to meet the little baby, my trigger finger is itching already to photograph this gorgeous child who's keeping everyone in suspense.

Dylan - the NEW black

Introducing the new black - Dylan. This little bundle of fun arrived in the big wide world on the 20th of May (only a couple of weeks before Tish and Dante's wedding - see following post). He's already been the subject of many photos and is destined to be just as photographed as his big sister; Lily. Stay tuned for some more fun filled posts of the two little monkeys. My poor children have grown up with a camera in their face so it's sure to continue... it's great practice.
I'd like to give a big shout out to Stella B Designs http://www.stellabdesigns.blogspot.com/ for the gorgeous hats used in Dylan's phots. They are truly adorable, and have provoked many, many comments and smiles from people.

Tish and Dante 06/06/10

Tish and Dante were married at the glorious Montsalvat, a stunning venue full of character and mood. It was the perfect location for a winter wedding in Melbourne, and suited them both beautifully. The light was limited, but worked as an extra element that brought the entire day together. I had such a great time photographing them, Tish was wonderful to photograph and made my job easy. Dante (who goes by many names it seems, Jo, Giuseppe, Dante) who is an artist in many mediums was also great to work with, even scoping out some great spots ahead of me, which was a help given I had only given birth to my second child two weeks before their wedding. It's true, it's hard to be the subject when you're so often the artist. Enjoy.
